Björn Frantzén x Alain Ducasse at Le Louis XV in Monte-Carlo

On September 23, Björn Frantzén joined Alain Ducasse at the three-Michelin-starred Le Louis XV – Alain Ducasse at Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo for a special Four-Hands Dinner, marking the grand finale of the Festival des Étoilés Monte-Carlo 2026.

Now in its sixth edition, the festival brings together some of the world’s most celebrated chefs for a series of unique culinary collaborations across Monte-Carlo. For the closing dinner, Alain Ducasse welcomed Björn Frantzén into the kitchen at Le Louis XV for an evening celebrating two distinct culinary worlds. Together, the chefs created a collaborative menu combining the Nordic and Japanese influences of Björn Frantzén’s cuisine with the Mediterranean influences of Alain Ducasse and Le Louis XV.

A memorable conclusion to this year’s Festival des Étoilés Monte-Carlo, celebrating collaboration, craftsmanship and creativity at the highest level.
