Daniel Everts is joining the team

Three Michelin-starred Frantzén in Stockholm and two Michelin-starred Zén in Singapore are strengthening the management and R&D team with Daniel Everts. Daniel just moved back to Sweden from New York where he worked with Jean George for 5 years as a culinary trainer and coordinator, and assisted in establishing more than 15 restaurants around the globe.
