This August, Zén proudly plays host to David Pynt and Shigeru Koizumi; two renowned chefs, shaking up Singapore’s culinary landscape.
The talented duo will join team Zén for a intimate, one night only four-hands collaborative event, that allows our guest chefs to translate their celebrated cooking style into a different culinary context. Across two consecutive Tuesday nights, our guest chefs join Tristin Farmer to showcase a crossover and coming together of ideas; the collaborative menu is teeming with signature and newly crafted dishes specially created for the one-off dining event.
