Brasserie Astoria to open in Singapore
Opening in 2023 in partnership with Unlisted Collection.
We are excited to announce the opening of Brasserie Astoria in Singapore later this year. The international brasserie will open in the iconic Victoria Theater & Concert Hall with roots in the 1800s.
The concept of Brasserie Astoria was introduced in 2021 in Stockholm in a venue that was once a cinema and with a long history of international hot spot glory. The Astoria of today wants to recreate the international and sophisticated experience with a strong focus on friendly, knowledgeable service.
Brasserie Astoria Singapore will be open until late, just like Brasserie Astoria Stockholm, and offer a large á la carte menu. Several dishes will be presented on serving carts and have final touches prepared at the table. The brasserie also includes a generous bar area with an ambitious cocktail service.
