The Astoria @brasserieastoria team is slowly but surely forming, with the latest addition Carolina Campos as General Manager. Carolina is handpicked from restaurant Riche where she’s been the Restaurant Manager since 2016, and prior to that part of the team at another local 3-star establishment we’re quite familiar with. ⠀
