from across the globe, the menu also highlights locally sourced herbs, dairy, vegetables, and flowers.
Guests can anticipate an exploration of Nordic flavours, with ingredients such as
Norwegian king crab and langoustines reimagined in the distinctive Frantzén style.

THE SPACE

27 seats | 2 floors

Upon arrival, guests are whisked up to a luxurious living room, with an elegant
rooftop orangery overlooking the glittering Dubai skyline.

The dining room accommodates 27 guests, with an
open kitchen for a front-row view of culinary craftsmanship.

The most intrepid moment came in a ramekin of mushroom-based XO sauce which I slathered remorselessly over a bread, so soft, that geese will trade in their feathers for its downy feel.
