Frantzén´s Kitchen at Taste of Hong Kong

Frantzén´s Kitchen will be attending Taste of Hong Kong the 24th and 25th March, presenting guests with three of our signature dishes, the French Toast, Onion Veloute and Smoked Ice Cream 2.0. Furthermore, there will be a special dish created just for visitors at Taste festival inspired by the Swedish island of Gotland in the Baltic Sea. A lamb dish with a sweet and sour sauce based on ättika, a Swedish potato vinegar.

What to expect at Taste of Hong Kong:

Four days of eating, drinking and entertainment, choose from over 60 dishes from Hong Kong’s latest, greatest and hottest restaurants. See culinary masters cook up a storm in live demonstrations and in their restaurants at the festival.
Pop up bars, Instagrammable desserts, wine tastings, masterclasses, live music & family fun. Share edible experiences with friends and enjoy the lively festival atmosphere.
