Restaurant Frantzén, opened in 2008, is our flagship venue and the first and only restaurant in Sweden to be awarded three stars in the prestigious Guide Michelin. Casually elegant in spirit, it offers a seasonal tasting menu rooted in Nordic cuisine with refined Japanese influences.
