FZN is located in Dubai and is the third of the Frantzén Group’s restaurants to be awarded three Michelin stars. Seamlessly combining modern European fine dining with Japanese influences, this intimate 27-seat restaurant, spread across two floors, serves a fixed tasting menu complemented by your choice of beverage. Situated at Atlantis The Palm, FZN earned its three Michelin stars within months of opening, cementing its place among Dubai’s most distinguished dining experiences.


THE FOOD
A set menu grounded in Nordic cuisine, with a touch of Japanese elegance.
Crafted using a blend of Frantzén’s innovative techniques and the finest seasonal ingredients
from across the globe, the menu also highlights locally sourced herbs, dairy, vegetables, and flowers.
Guests can anticipate an exploration of Nordic flavours, with ingredients such as
Norwegian king crab and langoustines reimagined in the distinctive Frantzén style.
Beverage pairing, alcoholic and non-alcoholic is available.
THE SPACE

Upon arrival, guests are whisked up to a luxurious living room, with an elegant
rooftop orangery overlooking the glittering Dubai skyline.
The dining room accommodates 27 guests, with an
open kitchen for a front-row view of culinary craftsmanship.


The most intrepid moment came in a ramekin of mushroom-based XO sauce which I slathered remorselessly over a bread, so soft, that geese will trade in their feathers for its downy feel.
