A fine dining concept inspired by both three-Michelin star restaurants, Frantzén in Stockholm and Zén in Singapore. The restaurant is located at the Bund in central Shanghai and is a fine dining concept with a à la carte style menu. Based on a philosophy of casual elegance, we serve gastronomy grounded in modern Nordic cuisine with influences from Japan.
